Senior Management
Managers, who are not directly involve with energy and
utility management on a regular basis, are very often unaware of
the
impacts their decisions have on utility resource consumption.
Senior administrators may find themselves responsible for developing
energy action plans, supporting a current plan in operation,
approving resource allocations and investments for energy management
action plans, monitoring the success of programs, providing recognition
for successes achieved, and having responsibility for the integrated
energy/energy management/utility budget.

information for senior managers on energy and utility impacts
of decision making and the transition toward a sustainable campus. |
