FSU operations and maintenance staff working in or managing
FSU facilities may need more information to help them understand
and better manage the energy performance of those buildings.
Training efforts are designed to increase awareness of facility
energy use that support energy management programs. These programs
can lead to the establishment of operational procedures for in-house
continual building commissioning (a necessary component of LEED-EB
certification).
O&M training programs designed to integrate the development
of Standards of Performance for building operations are available
